Starting a New Project

The Blueprint for a Book coaching package is right for you if you’re ready to dive into a new project or restart an old one. We’ll use Blueprint for a Novel created by Jennie Nash – a proven method for getting your story right from the get-go, which may save you time once you're deep in the revision process.

Before you begin writing you’ll plan your project, getting a clear understanding of the point of your book, your audience, and how backstory, character arc and plot come together to form the basis for a compelling novel. Then you will conceptualize your plot, and strategize the many pieces that will ultimately form your story.

This is an awesome first step to the writing process. If you’re preparing for an upcoming write-in whether for a retreat or in your own backyard, this package is right for you. There are two options that can be adjusted to fit your timeline.

Pick Blueprint for a Novel or the shortened version, Mini-Blueprint for a Novel

Plan your book, develop characters, and outline from start to finish.

We’ll use Blueprint for a Book (taught by Author Accelerator certified coaches) to build an outline for your novel including all the elements necessary to plan your novel such as why you’re writing this book, which is related to the point of the story (sometimes called the theme), and understanding your character’s arc of change. This is a perfect package for preparing for an upcoming write-in whether for a retreat or in your own backyard. It’s also great for first time novelists. At the end of these sessions, the writer will have a character backstory for protagonist and antagonist, understand what the pro/antagonist characters want and why and what is at stake, know their audience, and have completed an entire outline for their novel including a draft first and last chapter. A tremendous value at $800.
